Sorayah has been living in temporary accommodation for over 5 years now, and has finally been allocated a home of her own. Upon moving in, the flat has come entirely unfurnished, with no facilities for her to cook her own meals or sleep. This is creating added expense and stress for Sorayah, which is stopping her from living entirely independently. 

Sorayah and her Support Worker have applied to Greater Change for £1,300 to purchase items such as a cooker, bed, mattress and fridge. This funding would give Sorayah the foundations to sustain her accommodation, and build a happy and healthy life for herself.
