Abdiel is currently sofa-surfing amongst family and friends, lacking stability and privacy. These precarious conditions are seriously impacting his mental health, and are preventing him from forming the foundations of a life he wants. He has been engaging with support services and made significant progress in his wellbeing, and is now in a stable place to maintain a tenancy of his own. 

Abdiel and his support worker applied to Greater Change for £1,500 for a rental deposit and first month’s rent, which would enable him to secure his own flat near family. Having his own space would mean privacy, stability and a safe environment to keep moving forward.
