Andrew has been sectioned under 136, lost his home and ended up homeless. He was diagnosed with personality disorder. He was then put into temporary accommodation. Further to this, Andrew was assessed and placed in his own property through Housing First, this was in July of this year and he has been busy since then making it his home.
