Nia needs our support to raise £750 to purchase vital furnishings for her new accommodation, helping her turn it into a safe space that she can call home.

Nia was a victim of domestic abuse, and became homeless after being forced to flee the situation. She received support and was placed in a hotel before she was then provided with permanent accommodation. However, her new flat was unfurnished and unsuitable for her to live. These funds will help Nia purchase vital furnishings, such as a bed, fridge, cookware, and furniture, that will allow her to settle into her new space and make it feel like home. 

It is essential that Nia feels her new flat is a safe and comfortable place so that she sustains her tenancy and is able to get counselling support to heal from her past.
